Senior safety Greg Joseph (left) earned a spot on foxsport.com's All-Bowl team for his performance in this year's Motor City Bowl win.
He was the second leading tackler for the Owls, behind senior Frantz Joseph for the season.
There's going to be some gaping holes in next year's defense. The young recruits of Schnellenberger will have to step up to the slate.
If the defense plays at least half way decent next year, I believe the Owls will be looking at a third consecutive bowl game.
The offense is still loaded with talent and the special teams has never been a problem.
With one complete year as a starter under Rusty's belt he should be filled with confidence.
Here's something to keep your hopes up for; Rusty's rating on NCAA '09 went up to an 87 for his senior season. Hopefully in real life he pans out that way.
