Women Say Tim Tebow's Views Shouldn't Be Viewed

Oh Timmy, will people ever stop hating you for being so genuine?

Women's groups across the U.S. want Tim Tebow's supposed anit-abortion ad scheduled to run during the Super Bowl to be cut from the rotation.

"An ad that uses sports to divide rather than to unite has no place in the biggest sports event of the year -- an event designed to bring Americans together," said Jemhu Greene, president of the New York-based Women's Media Center, according to an ESPN article.

Lady, the Super Bowl isn't played to bring Americans together, it's played to crown the champion of the NFL. It just so happens millions of Americans, and non-Americans throughout the world, like to watch.

So it's not okay to send a message that killing children is wrong in one man's opinion, but it is okay that Lady Gaga can perform on the MTV music awards where she's damn near naked and hangs her self at the end? And it is okay that Brittney Spears and Madonna kiss during a time when young girls are watching? Is that good for women?

Maybe she, and the rest of the people against this, don't like those acts either, but they haven't said so publicly.

And word has it that the commercial isn't even blatantly going towards one way or another.

Get off Tebow's case. Let him stand up for what he believes in. If you don't like it, change the channel.
