The Lady Owls (3-5, 0-1) lost at Denver University (4-4, 1-0) to opener up this season's Sun-Belt Conference play.
It was the first in-conference Sun-Belt game of the year.
FAU led throughout most of the game, but couldn't hold onto their lead.
They will try to snap a two game losing streak against Mercer on December 18th at 4pm in Nassau, Bahamas.
They also play another game in the Bahamas against East Carolina two days later at 4pm, and will get a break over the Christmas holiday before returning to Boca to play South Carolina State on Monday Dec. 29 at 9 pm.
I wonder if the ladies will be allowed to go sight seeing on their day off...
