Both the men's and women's teams lost in heart breaking fashion to end their 2008 portion of the season.
The women fell to South Carolina State in the Burrow on Monday. They were up by five points with 21 seconds left before they fell apart at the end, something that has become somewhat of a trend, losing the game by one.
The men lost to Kentucky in Lexington on Saturday. They were up by five with about 15 minutes to go, with Paul Graham III looking outstanding once again. He finished with a career high 31 points, but the Owls still couldn't pull out the victory.
The men and women both play South Alabama on New Year's Day in the Burrow. Women start first at 12pm with the men playing afterward.
