WKU dropped the Owls 79-77 on a last second 40-foot prayer by the Hilltoppers Amy McNear.
The loss handed out by WKU (9-6, 3-2 Sun Belt) leaves a bad taste in the mouth of FAU (4-11, 1-3 Sun Belt) as they get ready to play rival FIU Wednesday night at 7pm. It's the Owls Bury the Burrow in Red night, so don't wear the wrong color.
