FAU handled Xavier 5-2 in this seasons opening tennis event.
First year head coach Brandon Stokes had the men ready to face last year's Atlantic 10 Conference Champions.
It's a big win in Stokes' debut.
The next challenge is in Tallahassee where they face in-state opponents FAMU and FSU this weekend.
