NFL Prediction Results

Spread Results: 7-9

Season Spread Results: 17-15

Winner Results: 9-7

Season Winner Results: 21-11

Carolina at Atlanta; The Panthers looked a lot better this week but the Falcons are one of the best teams in the NFL.

Minnesota at Detroit; It was close in the first half, but the Lions defense couldn’t contain AP forever. Combine his rushing with Favre completing all but four passes without throwing an interception, that’s a winning formula.

Cincinnati at Green Bay; The Bengals look a lot better than expected this year and get a huge win to bolster their confidence with the Steelers coming to town next week. Aaron Rodgers is starting a bad pattern early in his career, he piles on the stats but can't win games.

Houston at Tennessee; The biggest shock to me is the Titans at 0-2. I have confidence they will still make the playoffs, they have a very talented team they’ve just had bad luck the first two weeks.

Oakland at Kansas City; Two bad teams, someone had to win and McFadden’s a big time runner for the Raiders. JaMarcus Russell is the least deserving person in the world to make that salary. And yes he makes that salary, he doesn’t earn it.

New England at NY Jets; The Jets backed up their words and have one of the best teams in the league. The Patriots and Tom Brady look rusty but I expect them to pick it back up.

New Orleans at Philadelphia; The Saints led by Drew Brees may break all offensive season records for a single season the way they 're going this year. The Eagles miss McNab. That guy can never stay healthy.

St. Louis at Washington; Boooooring! Two terrible teams going no where. The Redskins better pick it up or head coach Jim Zorn will be looking for a new job.

Arizona at Jacksonville; Kurt Warner finished with the best completion percentage for a game in history. I guess the Cardinals felt like playing this week again.

Seattle at San Francisco; Singletary has the 49ers looking good again. Well, that and the Seahawks having no rush defense and their quarterback never being able to stay healthy.

Tampa Bay at Buffalo; The Bucs defense looks like they would be better matched up against college teams. A win and a TD for TO and everything is well in Buffalo.

Pittsburgh at Chicago; Cutler cut up the Polamalu less Steelers defense in a hard hitting battle royal. Two missed field goals and a dropped TD reception for Santonio Holmes gave Pittsburgh something they hadn’t felt in a long time, a loss.

Baltimore at San Diego; The Ravens offense is potent, and that’s scary considering how tough their defense is every year. These two might meet again in the playoffs.

Cleveland at Denver; The Browns look as bad as ever and Brady Quinn’s not helping. I thought the Broncos would be the worst team in the league this year but right now they’re 2-0.

NY Giants at Dallas; The Cowboys look a lot better than I expected and that stadium is amazing. It’s sad when there are so many homeless and hungry people in the world and a billion dollars is spent on a stadium. That’s almost as sad as Tony Romo’s skills. The Cowboys organization needs to wake up and realize he’ll never be Troy Aikman.

Indianapolis at Miami; The Dolphins coaching staff had the right idea. Just run the ball and keep Peyton Manning off the field as long as possible. It would have worked if the Dolphins defense would have shown up.
