The national lime light is glaring in Miami as the Canes tore apart Georgia Tech exposing the Yellow Jackets yellow bellies.
UM’s defense swarmed the Yellow Jackets making Georgia Tech look soft and the Jacory Harris led offense was unstoppable.
I thought this would be a high scoring affair on both sides, but Miami’s defense answered last year’s disappointing performance against GT.
Last night’s showing proved the Canes have an aggressive attitude adjusted for winning, taking on the personality of their head coach Randy Shannon.
It doesn’t get any easier in the next two weeks with Miami traveling to Virginia Tech next in what could be a preview of the ACC title game. After Virginia Tech the Oklahoma Sooners come to Miami.
