Steelers vs. Titans; Revenge-full

Nothing like a game with meaning to start off the regular season!

The Titans owned the best record in football last year, 13-3, but the Steelers won the Super Bowl and are known as last year’s best team. The Steelers last loss was to the Titans, not counting the preseason of course. The Titans celebrated their win with a terrible towel stomp, something that’s etched in the minds of Steelers nation.

This will be a battle of will, determination, and one for pride. It will be a hard hitting, blue collared war between two of the best in the league. This could very possibly be the preview of the AFC Championship.

Prediction: Steelers 23, Titans 17. Look for both passing attacks to gain over 200 yards and look sharp, but each quarterback will throw an interception. I expect little running attacks from both sides with Tennessee gaining slightly more on the ground. The game will be decided through field position and the Steelers new returner Stefan Logan will help tremendously, along with the return of their left footed star punter Daniel Sepulveda. The nail in the coffin will come when Lendale White loses a fumble late in the game.
